The Ashe Galaxy is an SAa-type galaxy located within the Admin Cluster of the Upper Galaxies. The center of the galaxy is a massive, rotating, charged black hole. The galaxy has a diameter of 50 mega-parsecs and a circumference of around 157 mpc.

One cycle is equal to the amount of time it takes for the central black hole to rotate 360 degrees. One period is equal to the amount of time it takes for the central black hole to rotate 10 degrees.
- The galaxy is divided into 4 quadrants, each one covering a corner of the galaxy. The quadrants are then further divided into 100 divisions, and each division divided into 100 sectors.
